History of WKZC
 The Federal Communications Commission assigned the call letters of WKZC on June 21, 1982. WKZC transmits an effective radiated power of 17,000 watts from a 364-foot tower in Mason County's Hamlin Township. The station is licensed to Scottville and broadcasts from their studios at 5941 W. US-10 in Ludington.
In March, 1996, Lake Michigan Broadcasting, Inc. purchased WKZC from Chickering & Associates. Lake Michigan Broadcasting continues to operate the station as Your Country Z-95, 94.9FM. |
